Pedro Rodríguez Iglesias(15yrs)─One of the most talented and interesting midfielders in La Masia, he was one of the Cadet B(U15) best players last season with almost or at least 15G/A contributions and one of the captains. He's one to watch or follow this season in Cadet A(U16).
A key player for Spain under 15 and Cadet B last season. Expect great things from him this season with Cadet A and Spain under 16. Has a contract until June 30th 2024.
His Profile
Pedro has improved a lot both technically and physically. He's among the players with excellent rising form in La Masia, including Toni Fernández, Guille Fernández, Marc Bernal, and more. A right-footed centre-midfield but very versatile to play in all the midfield positions; attacking-midfield or defensive-midfield. His versatility, unique and complete profile makes him exceptional and outstanding among his age category and his ability to play in any of the midfield position makes him a midfielder with more goals or create more chances. He's one of the promising and prominent midfielders coming from La Masia with excellent rising form.
Strength and Style Of Play
On the ball, Pedro is spectacular, his excellent footwork makes him very comfortable to dribble, control the ball, break the lines with progressive passes and run, long and through passes into the box and the flanks and likes to shoot from a distance. He's physically and technically unbelievable for his age and fun to watch.
Very aggressive and often wins the ball back for his side, drives his team forward constantly through carrying or forward passes, always ready to pass, knows where exactly position himself to recieved and give passes, excellent understanding and interpretation of the game, and very calm under pressure.
A very intuitive movement, on making runs in the box, smart to get out of traffic to make himself available in the best and suitable areas and providing excellent teamates link up and support in build up. This aspect makes him very similar to Guille Fernández.

His Potential
Pedro has an excellent potential to succeed in Blaugrana colours or if not in Barça, he can fit perfectly in any outside club. A youngster with great potential to invest and bet heavily on. With his qualities and best rising form, he's on my list to see him promoted to Juvenil B next season or to get a minutes this season.
Another Andalusian midfielder in to keep an eye on in the future. Interesting talent to follow the footsteps of the other Andalusian midfielders, Gavi and Fermín López.
